Réservations :

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation from the establishment setting out the details of your stay.

Non-cancellable and non-refundable holidays will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation or modification.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card number is invalid. A credit card number is required as a guarantee in order to validate your reservation, regardless of the final method of payment chosen.

For all non-cancellable and non-refundable offers, payment in full will be required on booking.

Our prices are per night and per room.

The prices shown are not contractual and are subject to change.

All prices are in euros and include VAT applicable at the time of booking.

La taxe de séjour n’est pas incluse dans les prix affichés : Elle est de 1,77€ par personne et par jour, et devra être réglée sur place.

Frais additionnels : un supplément est possible pour toute demande spécifique telle que :  Petit-déjeuner, bar, Ils seront facturés séparément et devront être réglés au départ.

Security deposit : A security deposit of €100 per room per night may be required on arrival to cover any damage or additional costs.

 

Conditions d’annulations :

Toute demande de modification ou d’annulation doit être adressée à l’adresse mail suivante : info@hotel-imperator.fr ou au :  +33 4 67 49 02 25.  Cette demande ne sera effective qu’après confirmation écrite de l’hôtel.

En cas de modification ou d’annulation d’un séjour en offre flexible, les conditions suivantes s’appliquent :

• Cancellation or modification on D - 1 of your arrival date: no charge. After this date, the full amount of your stay is due.

• Any shortened stay will be billed for the full amount of the stay.

En cas de modification ou d’annulation séjour en offre promotionnelle, forfaits, et/ou non annulable & non modifiable, les conditions suivantes s’appliquent :

• The total amount of the stay is due. Non-cancellable and non-refundable holidays will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation or modification. In the case of bookings via a partner website, the partner's conditions apply.

Check-out time : before 12.00 noon

Late departure or early arrival : Subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for arrivals before 3pm and departures after 12pm.

Luggage storage is available on request from reception.

• De 07h00 à 11h00  les samedi, dimanche, jour férié et vacances scolaires.

Bar opening times : De 12h00 à 23h30

Occupation maximale : The number of occupants per room must not exceed the maximum capacity specified on our website and at the time of booking. Failure to comply will result in a supplement or the booking of an additional room.

Our establishment is non-smoking. Dedicated areas are available.

A cleaning fee of €200 will be charged in the event of non-compliance.

Welcome products such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, etc. are provided free of charge.

All other items are provided free of charge during your stay, subject to availability.

Any item missing from the room after your departure will be charged.

Pets: Pets are not accepted in the establishment.

Comportement : Un comportement respectueux et courtois envers les autres clients et le personnel de l’hôtel en tout temps est requis. Les nuisances sonores doivent être évitées. Les comportements agressifs ou inappropriés ne seront pas tolérés et pourront entraîner une expulsion immédiate de l’établissement sans remboursement.

 

Responsabilité et assurance :

Responsabilité de l’hôtel : L’hôtel décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte, vol ou dommages aux biens personnels des clients. Un coffre- fort est à votre
disposition à la réception(et non en chambre).

Insurance: It is recommended that customers take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. For information purposes, some contracts with your bank card offer travel insurance.

 

Litiges :

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the courts of the hotel's jurisdiction will have jurisdiction.
